We currently ship orders to customers throughout the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed when available and may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and shipping carrier.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Multiple Packages

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur and may be outside our control. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
