This website is operated by RENNIQ LLC under the RENNA PET / RENNAPET brand (“RENNAPET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

RENNAPET offers this website, including its information, products, tools and services, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website, products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices and other information accurately.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes, material differences and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Product photographs and personalized mockups are visual representations. Minor variations in print placement, color, size or construction may occur unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit products and services at any time.

3. Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Many RENNAPET products are personalized and made specifically using information submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all submitted information, including:

• Pet names

• Spelling and capitalization

• Ages and numbers

• Sizes and measurements

• Colors, styles and product options

• Special instructions

• Customer-supplied photographs, artwork and logos

Personalized products are produced using the information submitted with the order. Changes may not be possible after production has started.

RENNAPET may resize, reposition, crop or make minor adjustments to customer-supplied images so that they fit the printable area of the selected product.

We may contact the customer if additional information is reasonably required to prepare an order. If a submitted file cannot reasonably be used, we may request a replacement file or cancel and refund the affected item.

4. Customer-Supplied Images and Content

By uploading or submitting a photograph, artwork, logo, text or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.

• The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

• The content is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, abusive or otherwise prohibited.

• RENNAPET and its production and fulfillment partners may use the content solely as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, fulfill, support and document your order.

You retain ownership of your customer-supplied content.

RENNAPET may reject or cancel an order containing content that appears unlawful, prohibited, technically unusable or likely to violate another party’s rights.

You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit without the necessary ownership or permission.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Pricing or listing errors

• Product unavailability

• Unusable or prohibited personalization content

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Misuse of a promotion or discount

• Technical or fulfillment limitations

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to correct clear pricing, promotional or listing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can enter production.

7. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Personalized products are made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production and delivery estimates may vary according to the product, print provider, destination, carrier, holidays and order volume. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Products within the same order may be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Personalized orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

Contact info@rennapet.com immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Personalized and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind or an error in information submitted by the customer.

This does not affect remedies available when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Product Use and Pet Safety

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate product and size for their pet and using the product according to the instructions provided.

Pets should be supervised when using apparel, bandanas, feeding products, beds or accessories where appropriate.

Discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or appears to cause discomfort or irritation.

Information on this website is not veterinary advice and should not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

11. Reviews, Feedback and Communications

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent or malicious content.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Unless separately agreed, submitting feedback does not require RENNAPET to compensate you or keep non-confidential suggestions confidential.

12. Intellectual Property

The RENNAPET website, branding, logos, original graphics, text, illustrations, layouts and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to RENNIQ LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected RENNAPET content without authorization.

Customer-supplied content remains subject to Section 4 of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment processors, print providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics services, advertising services and other technology providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of independent third-party websites that we do not control.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or services to:

• Violate applicable laws or another party’s rights

• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information

• Upload malicious code or prohibited content

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Interfere with website security or operation

• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or intellectual-property rights

• Scrape or misuse the website in violation of applicable law

• Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against another person

We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.

15. Support for a Ukrainian Creator

RENNAPET is a commercial store selling personalized products. Statements that a purchase supports a Ukrainian creator describe the purpose and commercial earning opportunity behind the store.

A purchase is a commercial transaction in exchange for a product. It is not represented as a charitable donation and should not be treated as tax-deductible unless explicitly stated otherwise.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RENNIQ LLC, RENNAPET and their service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the website, services or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RENNIQ LLC, RENNAPET and their service providers from claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable law

• Content you submit without the required ownership or permission

• Your infringement of another party’s rights

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
